Does anyone know of any software/program that displays banners and cycles
through them. I want to start a cyber cafe and was thinking that it would be
good if we could display adverts for some local companies which our users
can be able to view as the surf. It should however not interfere with what
they are doing, should not be intrusive but sit quietly maybe at the top and
do it's thing. The customers should also not be able to turn it off. Any
