I'm curious to hear of other things you all are doing to stimulate sales.
We are currently having karaoke on Friday nights and that brings in between
100-150 people Friday night. We have 1-3 live bands on Saturday nights and
that brings in roughly the same amount of people.
Other nights of the week we might have 8-20 people. We want to run more
theme nights.
One suggestion from a customer is a 30+ singles night. While we never
charge a door charge any other night we are thinking about charging a $5
cover charge which would include 1-drink (hot chocolate, coffee, Italian
soda, smoothie, soda etc.) We do not serve alcohol.
What other things are you doing to stimulate sales?
