Why don't you just get the inserts that go from your
sound card to a plate in the front of your PCs with
speaker, line in/out, and mic. jacks and volume
control (some even have a balance dial) ahd then the
customers just plug the head phones into the speeker
jack as if they would a radio or something. I imagine
you probably have a vacant blank in your machines
(probably with a hard drive behind it) A lot of PCs
these days even have the ports in the front
anyways(USB, FireWire, sound, etc.)
