I'm new to this list and don't own or operate a cybercafe, so this
advice may very well be worth what it costs.

1. Cybarea.com - I visited their site and found neither telephone
number of physical place to contact. The site seemed to consist of
four or five total pages with very general information. I did not
find too much comfort there, especially when trying to link from
"partners", which, presumably, would take me to their Pakistani
cybercafe, but instead took me to a 404.

2. Location? Why not tell us more about your location and the
emphasis of you business? Do you expect to make more money from food
and entertainment, or from services from the computers? What is the
make up of the traffic you expect? How much rent will you pay? for
how much square footage? for how many computers? and how much bar
space? eating space? dance floor? decor?

3. Unique? I continue to be impressed by a Santa Monica cybercafe
with wide screen seating area for on line shopping, though I would
think such viewing area would be more suitable outside of the USA
where desktop/home shopping is not nearly so prevalent..yet this
Santa Monica store is busy with ladies who seem to enjoy the setting,
the coffee and the print catalogues. I am hopeful others, especially
outside of the USA will comment on catalogue shopping. Karen,What
are you plans to offer something unique?

4. Computer literate - Sure, you have to be that, but more important
you have to know what will drive customers to your store. I liked
the recent thread about theme nights - like distance learning night?
shopping night? investor night? matchmaking night? what are your
thoughts?
