Where are you located? You might check with some local cafes or restaurants
in your area. You may need to go incognito but watch the area for delivery
food service trucks.
Also check with some of the local nursing homes or the colleges. Lots of
these places have food services that can give you a whole menu of choices.
They furnish paper goods too.
In my area Schwann's serves both restaurants and individuals. They give
huge discounts to cafes. You can easily change your menu or offer specials
during different times of the season.
