Within our organisation we had a similar problem with a then new HP4500
laser printer. The problem was caused by printing large files or in
particular, high resolution pictures.
The problem was solved by upping the server RAM from 64MB to 256MB. We also
changed the network cards and our hub from a straight 10mbs to 10/100mbs.
