Agreed.

Indeed she does, but let's face it, nobody likes to be told they're doing
something badly (and that includes me...).
I'm not upset, but if I see a short message on top of a long, uncut quoted
message then I am less likely to pay attention to it.
If you want the message to be read, make it nice to read.
