If you have never run a coffee shop, Then you should begin researching
that side of the business first. I found a location, determined what type of

Talk to cafe owners and bean roasters. If you can find a roaster who does
retail you will find a lot of great info from them. Make your cafe COMFORTABLE.
Nobody likes going to work in a cubicle, why would they want to relax in one?
Try www.ergotron.com for some great work station ideas.
Use plants and or a small water garden with splashing water to mask background
noise.
Put the word smile in the job description of all employees.
If you ask more specific questions, I can give more specific answers. This
should get you
thinking of some for now.
