Meuh non, tu confond HFS et HFS+, y'a pas que la taille du cluster qui change :

"The only major difference between UFS and HFS is case sensitivity.
It is a misnomer that Apple eliminated case sensitivity in MacOSX. It
is actually the use of a hierarchical file system that removed this
ability from the UNIX operating system. The effects of this will only
come into play when using heavy command line applications, Perl or
other scripting languages. Even still, most people will want to stay
with HFS plus to take advantage of its advanced capabilities and
improved performance from within OSX."
