Je ne sais pas si ces logiciels font partie de ce que l'on appelle Spyware
mais pour lutter contre les softs qui, comme E.T., "Phone home" il y a
Little Snitch:

Et il est tres utile : par exemple Office 2004 phone home a chaque lancement....
