it simply must be stated that the second amendment does
not give the right to keep and bear arms! it affirms that
the people already have this right as in (the right of
the people).the second amendment was written as a
restriction on government and as such must be enforced
in like manner as in (shall not be infringed), and i hope
we americans all realize what militia
