If you want to avoid RIP, here is how you do it, you
don't send email on the internet. It really is that
simple. All this effort to stop criminals communicating
on the internet, have the Govt. heard of BBSs? Dial-in
servers?
Set up a dial-in server, use IPSec or an obscure
network protocol like AppleTalk, and if you use IPSec
give the crypto key to all the clients. The clients
dial in and you can communicate with them. Change
the crypto key on a regular basis and that's it.
If you really want to stuff them, use 128-bit encryption,
GCHQ and the NSA can crack it, but it takes them awhile
and your average plod isn't going to be able to do it.
You don't need the internet for covert communication.
It took me about half an hour to learn how to use IPSec
during my Windows 2000 course, large companies use it
frequently to secure dial-in connections.
