CS: Field-how to deal with roadkill

We've had idiots do that here in the U.S. with deer,
the whitetail type, 100 pounds or more.
What a mess that makes when they awaken.

The people are too stupid to realize that roadkill is
legal and they can keep it if they only notify the
state.  Instead they try to sneak it in their car so
as not to get caught.

They deserve every puncture wound they get.
