If I interpreted the news correctly this morning, the
latest piece of Blairrogance to be issued from the top
of the septic tank is to outlaw the currently lawful
activities of the blockaders by making fuel supplying a
'special case' (ie. let's remove one of the few effective
legal means of active rebellion against tyranny).

So it goes something like this: the people aren't happy,
and are making their point felt by stopping commercial
fuel supplies; this discomforts the government. Given
the option, do the government rationally enter discussion,
thus defusing the situation, or do they arrogantly
attempt to prevent this means of expression of
dissaffection, thus bottling it up for a more serious
uncontrolled release....

- You *will* be happy in *my* state........or else...

I'm going to propose the lemming for prime minister

Pretty much what I thought was when they threatened
to do it again in two months time that by then the
police will have some plan in place to stop them from
doing it again, and that may mean violence.

If I was TB I would simply blame Saddam, the convenient
scapegoat, for the oil price continuing on up and cut
the level of fuel tax. It's so silly, if tax was cut
and the price kept going up then people would actually
believe the Government's argument.

Steve.
