I live in a "safe" area of Liverpool.
The eighty year old guy who lives in the house opposite has been dragged
from his bed in the middle of the night twice within the last fortnight (and
no not by misinformed armed police)
This "safe" area is also only spitting distance from any number of
university halls of residence.
Would they care to define "safe".
