To cut a long story short it appears as though voters in Oregon have approved a ballot measure to require private sellers of guns to transfer them through licensed dealers at gun shows by a margin of 60-40%, rural areas voting no, urban areas voting yes for the most part. Similar pattern in Colorado, but split 70-30% in favour. Steve.
