Steve,
This right to entry is quite interesting and obviously open to
total abuse if the particular authorities so desire. Now I am not up todate
whether this has occurred or not, but lets just say havn't seen or heard
too much of it around my neck of the woods. The point about all this, these
people wouldn't be able to do it if they hadn't been given the power by that
bunch of psychopathics who inhabited the House of Commons!!! past and
present. So much for democracy, freedom and fairness. Now I wonder who put
them there??? and whether they are ever going to learn about the confidence
job thats perpetrated every election time in the name of democracy. Then
perhaps one can get at the shadowy figures that hide behind this facade,
once and for all. Failing that!!!! well, the end result is inevitable I am
afraid.
                                                              Terry Pendrous

Like I said before, there's more to it than what it might say in
an SI. For one thing we have the Human Rights Act now, various
provisions of which would have a bearing on entry into a private
home.

Steve.
