Here we see the utter intellectual bankruptcy of Mr Clarke, calling in aid to a study done by a Canadian and another by a guy in Switzerland, both of which barely mention the UK, and when the statistics collected by his _own department_ indicate quite clearly that the gun laws have been ineffective.
