From: SADW, [EMAIL PROTECTED] Steve, I'm not sure how you can argue the SUIT sight's aiming pointer obscured the target - quite the reverse, in fact. However, it was a boffin's design and - psychologically - a pointer running down from the top of the vision field is hard to get used to. The SUSAT aiming pointer rises from the bottom of the vision field and is so fat that it most certainly does obscure the target at extended ranges. Nick Steadman -- The SUIT sight post obscures the head and most of the arms of the guy you are pointing it at, a pretty serious problem if you are on the streets of Northern Ireland and not sure whether you need to shoot the guy or not, because you can't see what they're doing. With the SUSAT you obscure their legs and their lower torso, which is less important in terms of judging whether or not the person is just about to pull out a gun and shoot you. I seem to recall this problem was the reason for moving the post. Steve. -------[Cybershooters contacts]-------- Editor: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Website & subscription info: www.cybershooters.org
