How can you have an "escaped wild animal" !!?? Either it is a domestic
animal which has broken loose or it is a wild animal which is not in
captivity and therefore has not escaped! Pedantic point perhaps but surely
the point regarding knowledge of location of gun cabinet keys which Essex
Police used to withdrew the FAC and SGC from a solid law abiding individual
is equally pedantic?
