From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Devon & Cornwall were the first police authority to accept L.B pistols. I would like to think that all the advice I gave to Mr Atinson helped . After all the 1997 firearms act states that if you have an overall lengh of 60 cm (provided your barrel is over 30 cm then you are 0.K. Also at the time I was vice chairman of ILRPSA and I think having a good knowledge of the comps helped the case?. Becase of my disability I find standing and shooting very hard. That is why I favoured Long Range Pistol from a bench or chair. Obviously since the ban my sport has become even more restricted, that is why I took up T.R, because I do not have to stand. I would love to be able to participate in all shooting sports, but sadly I cannot. But because I cannot shoot them it does not mean that I do not support them. That is why (if I may)I would like to take this chance to wish all who shoot at the phoenix in two weeks GOOD SHOOTING. And well done to the organisers who have worked very hard for this avent.
