I have to apologise to Sean Gabb and the Libertarian Alliance,
who I note when perusing The Times' very many contributions to
the debate during the Cullen Inquiry period were advocating no
restrictions at all on the possession and carrying of firearms.
SAFE is advocating RKBA in the UK, which must have started off
originally as no restrictions at all but I presume has developed
some.
