I emailed the Countryside Alliance asking them if they supported Lord
Kimball's views given to the HASC. Their response was immediate and
reads as follows:-

The comments in the Memo written by Lord Kimball were NOT Alliance
policy.� The Alliance policy was submitted in their report on 13th
October - a copy of which can be found on the FORESIGHT website at the
