Saturday June 3rd, The Times ran a piece in the "Women in Sport" series.

Dr Alexandra Pilgrim, a research scientist with the Defence Evaluation
and Research agency, DERA. A target rifle shooter chosen for the british
team to go to Canada in August and Australia next year.
Even though the piece mentions the "troubles"-it couldn't, and shouldn't
avoid it-it retained a positive message.
I hear shooters sneering at certain newspapers, don't know about you,
but all my pistols were forcibly taken from me, if you read a different
paper and were allowed to keep your guns, let me know, i'll change my
subscription.
Third of a broadsheet page, positive message, lets try and build on it.
My letter of congratulations will be winging its way to the editor,
another couple wouldn't go amiss. lets also keep supplying these news
hungry editors with stuff.
There are many more good stories than bad coming out of shooting, lets
tell some of 'em.
Regards
Ken
