C'est simple,
Tu dois aller dans OE5, Fichier, Importer
Choisir OE4
Chercher après le répertoire dans lequel se trouve tes fichiers *.dbx ( et
*.idx si je me souviens bien )
Et suivre le reste des instructions.
Tout devrait fonctionner à merveille si tu as tout bien sauvegardé.
