En fait dans la pratique, certains agents .com .net .org autorisent
l'enregistrement de domaines accentu�s... mais ces domaines ne fonctionnent
pas partout, certains serveurs DNS ne les acceptant pas.
En .be aucun accent n'est tol�r�.
