IrDA does not use a 40KHz modulated carrier. Also, IrDA basically shortens the pulse widths coming out of a UART to save energy. The range for IrDA only requires one meter plus or minus 15 degrees. Basically, IrDA was designed to not interfere with remote control devices rather than to be a remote control device. Donc, �a marcherait super pour interconnecter des devices via IR (notebook, imprimantes,...), mais pas afin d'�tre command� par t�l�commande :o( De plus, je pense que de toute fa�on cet IR est un peu trop puissant pour ce que je veux faire.
