Bonjour, Tu n'a personne dans ton entourage qui peu te pr�ter un autre modem ? Ou l'inverse, tester ce modem sur un autre PC. J'ai pris le pack ADSL de Belgacom avec la petite raie bleue, c'est � dire l'Alcatel Speedtouch USB... J'installe les drivers et tout ce passe bien. Ensuite, lorsqu'il me le demande, je branche le modem USB, Win98SE trouve le nouveau hard et l'installe. Tout semble parfait dans le meilleur des mondes. Le probleme, et oui, il en faut bien un, c'est que lorsque je veux demarrer la connection via l'icone que le setup a install�, j'ai un message d'erreur: "RAS capable device(SPEEDTOUCH) not found. Check that your device is conected properly. Failed to create dial-up networking entry" D�sol� pour l'anglais, mais le message en francais est encore plus laconique... Je me dis alors que c'est leur icone qui n'est pas bonne, alors, je vais dans Acces Reseasu a Distance et je demande une nouvelle connection... L�, je ne retrouve pas le modem dans la liste des choix des modems install�... Est-ce que quelqu'un a d�j� eu le probl�me ? et que faire pour le r�soudre... Le Helpline de Belgacom me dit de reinstaller et de faire un repair mais cela n'a rien chang�...
