MS150? I rode that for the 4th time this year. Did the double century.
Was it hot!! Anyway, if you don't normally ride with a team or other
group, I'm on the Hibernian team and usually ride with a couple of guys
from Durham. We roll at the same pace as the Whirligig. Barring any
other team/group commitments, you'll have to join us.

The "chocolate milk" was Hammer Nutrition's Perpetuem. Go to
www.hammernutrition.com and see their product line. Perpetuem was the
primary fueling source for my ride in the Whirligig ride. That's why I
went back to pick up the bottle when it fell. Its contents were very
valuable to my ride.

To give you perspective, I did the Tour de Moore century (100 miles)
on Labor Day this year. I started cramping around 75 miles and bonked
at 95 miles. I decided, never again. A friend put me on to the Hammer
products and I used their stuff, primarily Perpetuem, for the New
Bern, MS-150 rides in early September. The difference was amazing. I
trimmed 30 minutes off the century time plus finished strong with no
cramping. If I had better looks, I could be the Hammer spokeperson :)

I'm now taking their daily supplement plus their joint (knee, for me)
supplement. I have noticed a difference in my energy levels and
overall well-being. I'm impressed. It's rare when a supplement
actually makes a difference. If you decide to try their products,
please make note of me as your reference, or #127648. I do get a
discount on future product orders.
