I just thought you would comment on the loose interpretation of the phrase
“Recovery Ride”. Now Kinnie is “Tapering” Why do I not find comfort in that
phrase. We are looking for a sub 20 mph pace today. How’s that?

Sat everybody went when they could, rumors of a hammer ride by Doc and Ronnie
Sunday a gourp of seven rode from Starbucks per Tim Lucas I am not supposed to
comment on the 30+mph
downhill tailwind that lasted for several miles, so no comment.
12:30 "recovery ride" led by Kinnie today.
