[COWs] Re: weekend rides

I can tell the COWS are getting restless.
I am flexible, not too early though, or it will still be cold.
I'm looking for miles versus speed.
I need more seat time/base miles  before the real hammer rides start.
Sat 40 - 50 Goldsboro pace.

weather looks great this weekend.
