And I learned a new word; sharrow. :) kp _____ From: Kim Benson <[email protected]> To: "[email protected]" <[email protected]> Sent: Wednesday, April 29, 2009 4:50:49 PM Subject: [COWs] My ride report Drove up to Raleigh, parked at Whole Foods, rode the bike over to Meredith to access the paved Greenway, rode the 10 million dollar bridge over Wade, saw some awesome sculptures at the Museum of Art (Whirligig was cool!),onto a main road that had a sharrow, then back onto the greenway, past some horse and cow farms, wound up in Upsted on the bridle path. Rode it for a while, turned around and had lunch at Whole Foods. Hilly enough to get a decent workout, no dogs, no cars, no stress!!! If only!!! Just had to share!!!
