Yes, there are a couple. The ones that are in Wilson are very short and
"tight" trails. One is across from the JC Harris dealership. The other
is the School for the Deaf trail on 301. Also, we are working on getting
trails setup at Buckhorn and possibly something with the Parks in town.

There are several trails within a 45 minute drive (Bicycle Post Trail,
Red Oak, Legend Park, Crabtree, Garner).

Bicycle Post - Fun, fast, technical. About 10 to 12 miles of trail. Ride
it with someone who knows the trail if it's your first time there. There
are a couple loops that can confuse you and keep you going in circles.

Red Oak - A private trail. It's a shorter trail and very tight. Still a
good ride for all levels. There has been a lot of good work done there.
I've got the contact info if you want to ride there.

Legend Park - In Clayton, a great trail (if it hasn't rained...they'll
close it if an ant pees). Has some good hills and fun decents.

Crabtree - Fun easy ride. Close to a few bike shops in the Raleigh area.

Sat a group of seven, Doc, Nick, David C, Dan, Ronnie, Jon and I
did the Middlesex
ride perfect 3H day (hills, heat and hammer) Great morning for
a ride, the old guys held their own.
Sunday, Nick, Doc, Tim, Prafka and I did the whirli-gig ride,
great tail wind on the
trip home. Developed a tire bubble and missed the Downing St
sprint.
Anyone going to the firecracker in Cary on Sat?
Any interest in a Donut ride Friday morning ?
