Many, many thanks to Tim for accompanying me on my first 100 miles!  I concur
that it got very hot by the end of the ride.  I think my car said 94 deg on the
way home.  Tim, how were the Yoohoos?  I've been a little queezy for the
afternoon, but the ribeye I chowed on for dinner seems to have solved that
problem.  (I bet it's been 10 years since I've eaten a ribeye.  Not a problem
scarfing it down this evening.)  Thanks again Tim.  Kinnie

Subject: [COWs] Wed. Morning Ride Report!

Kinnie and I rode 100 miles this morning.  KP prepared the route and included
several category 3 climbs.  I think the intention was to smash the big guy.
Well, it worked!  The big guy was smashed.  KP, who consumes Half Ironmans for
breakfast, had never ridden a century.  Congrats to KP for a great ride and she
lead for probably 75 of the 100 miles and still out sprinted me to the finish,
not that I had a sprint left.  KP, thanks for letting me change your route just
a bit to allow for a couple miles flat terrain.

Tim
