A word of warning to all riders regarding one intersection on a frequent route.

At the intersection of Lamm and Old Raleigh Rd heading south on Lamm there is a
greasy-like substance in the road as you make the right turn onto Old Raleigh
Rd. It is right in the "riding lane". You will go down if you hit it. Trust me,
I went down hard this afternoon. From a short distance is looks like nothing
more than a typical asphalt stain. I realized it was something ON the ashpalt
too little too late and the front wheel ran into it mid-turn.

No need to worry. A little road rash and bruising and no significant damage to
bike.

May not ride tomorrow due to going to Raleigh in am. Not sure yet. Has a time
and distance been set yet?

Ronnie
