Today was just a short recovery ride!

I'm seriously considering NOT riding my bike tomorrow. It may take some effort
but with my medication I can just say NO!

The ride across N.C. was great. All 465 miles and not a single drop of
rain the entire ride. No mishaps, not even a flat tire. 21,000 vertical feet
of climbing was a little painful but the last 3 days on the flats made for a
nice recovery.

I should be able to do most or even all of the 120 miles Thursday, unless
there are big surprises at work tomorrow.

Another 120 miler is on my to do list for this week. Weather depending,
I'd like to do this ride on Thursday. (I cannot ride Friday as children are
out of school.) Is anyone available and interested in joining me? I'll
probably do loops if anyone wants to do shorter distances.

Tim, are you recovered from your trek across N.C.? I hope all went well
and that you remained safe and healthy.

      Let me know, kp
