What another perfect autumn day for a bike ride for those with flextime. 5 riders this morning, KP, Kim, John, Surf Dude and I cruised from Nashville to Sharpsburg, Town Creek, Pinetops, St. Lewis, Bridgersville, Elm City back to Nashville. It was borderline needing sleeves leaving out. Very light head winds that increased once we started heading back just the way I planned it. Bert never got dropped today. His relentless work on the bike is paying off. I thought Kim wasn't riding much this year, but there has definitely been some secret training going on as Kim had a great day as well. Awesome ride today. I think I have Bert hooked on Yoo-hoos.
