Thanks to all the well wishers! I had a great race experience! I
finished in 12 hrs and 41 mins. The last 40 miles of the bike were into a good
head wind and that took quite a bit out of me. Thusly, my run did not go as
well as I would have liked. But all and all I'm very excited to have
participated and completed the event. Many thanks again to Tim and Bert for
the many miles you put in with me. I'm not sure what I would have done without
your being there on those long rides. kp P. S. That left over granola has
been offered to me! So keep your hands off!
