David C. & I cruised our usual “Lunch Box” ride today with an added road construction detour. Substantial 13 to 17 mph winds again today made it slow going out to Sims. Return trip I’m feeling really good cruising @ 24 to 26 coming back 264 and St. Rose Church Rd., until I give it back to DC on Old Raleigh and he’s cruising 27 up the over passes and 30 on the back side. These Tri guys are smoking the asphalt. What a Rush!!! I’m just sad I gotta wait on that recovery drink!
