Thanks a lot David! I have had a great early season, especially on the bike but also my running is improving, I hope that it continues on as I start my longer races now.
You will do great at WL. You have trained hard and are mentally tough enough that you will get through any pain that comes up! The White Lake races have an amazing atmosphere and will really help to push you forward! I will see you there!
