Solo Ride report for Sunday, May 02, 2010. First real ride after open- heart surgery on Christmas Eve 2009.
Did 16 miles with an average speed of 16 mph and a max speed of 26 mph. Max heart rate of 150bpm (beta blockers probably have a lot to do with that). Hit a head wind, the invisible enemy at around 9 miles, which totally kicked my butt. Route was, Field stream to Tilgman to Lake Wilson Rd., left on London Church road to 97, left on 97 to 58 and home.
