Jim, David, Matt and I enjoy a leisurely stroll through the countryside to Sims. A few spirited sections mostly led by DC. Matt let me have a few green jersey points. Jim and DC take the twins. DC rips Airport Road. Matt's recovering from a hard Tuesday ride in Raleigh but still manages to inflict some pain. Other than that it was a nice social ride!
KP, John and I taper for 23 miles this morning. Even though tapering, KP still refuses to ride under 20 mph. I don't think it's in her genes!
