Don't let 'em spook ya. Rode last years Donut Ride and had no problem. Even 
enjoyed the rain. I don't ride on the road that often and still made it back 
while keeping them down...trick is to eat only enough to give you a quick pick 
up! :) Regurgitation on a bike is nooooo fun. Besides, sounds like you're ready 
for this ride anyway.
