3 months ago I ordered 3 sets of 700x25 GP 4000's in hopes of creating
a more comfortable ride for my long adventures. The clearance between
the new tires and my Ridley's seat stay is very tight. When I do
steep climbs my wheels flex just enough that the sidewalls rub the
seat stay and John leaves me. (I'm convinced that's why he leaves
me) I'm switching back to 23's. I have (4) tires brand new, never
mounted for 30 bucks each. They are the new black chilli powder
version.
