Probably a good central location may be the Boone Mall or ASU stadium parking lot. Time will be dependent upon when the majority of folks will be arriving.
Gooce, if you are driving the route Friday, the route should be marked, but if not, you will have to watch very carefully and check mileage from Blowing Rock for the turn off the parkway ENE of Boone. The cross roads to the parkway are not signed very well.
