Hey CoWs I just wanted to remind everyone about the KIT/YMCA Youth Triathlon Sat August 21 at the Rec. We have 45 kids signed up. I would like to see at least 50 kids by race day, so please pass the word. We need volunteers so please let me know if you can help. We will need volunteers there from 6am until about 11am. If you can volunteers all 5 hours that would be great, but if you can’t come but for a few hours that would still be helpful. We will need help with set-up, day of registration, pool area, bike course, run course, transition area and clean-up.
