Thanks for your hospitality during my first group ride. I learned a
lot about riding in a group. The Breakfast Crew definitely pushed me
to a new best average mph. Apparently I'm a lazy solo rider. Where
are we riding Tuesday? I can't wait. Just lead the way...I'm sure
I'll be totally lost again.

Jeff & I rode our last "Daybreak" ride this morning. A bittersweet stroll
through the countryside as the Earth pulled back the shades. A little rain
from overnight creating a fine misty hue over the landscape. Perfect! No
better time to ride a bike!
Thursday evening, new CoW Mike Lamonds joined The Breakfast crew, James,
Pete, Dave W., Steve B., Susan and I for his first group ride. We helped
him produce his best average to date. 25 miles total and I think we had
him lost a couple of times out in the country. He did a great job keeping
pace.
I hope everyone enjoys their rides this weekend and good luck with the
kids tri.
