What time do you plan to ride. Mon., Wed., Fri. . Working 4 to 12. So
depending on the time I may be able to make it....

Subject: [COWs] weekday ride

Hey, I plan on riding long Friday. 80 miles is the plan, starting in
the Rocky Mount area with a 60 ml loop to "Big Jim's" (Leggett, and home
of the 2 lb Hershey's Kiss brownies). (A mostly flat ride with a few
hills at the start and finish.) Then a 20 ml add-on for anyone game.
(Then a 20 min. "brick" run for anyone game.) Due to the length of the
workout, I respectfully request that the pace average out to a rather
moderate 17-19 mph. (This plan is weather dependant of course.) Please
join us if you can. Let me know the interest and then we'll plan the
exact starting point. Thanks, kp

BTW, I'll also be riding shorter rides Mon. and Wed. (c. 30-40 mls
each). - If anyone is interested.
