Yogadude, Jim and I cruised out at 5:00 to Sims for 24 miles. Pace was brisk as we had to get back for yoga! Jim was the workhorse tonight and did some monster pulls. Traffic on Packhouse Rd. at 6:00 now rivals Downing Street. Lots of traffic in both directions.
Monday morning, John o. and I cruised for 32 miles from Nashville down to Cliftonville. Instead of talking retirement from RUSA events we start making big plans for next year.
