Nothing as exciting as Lucas, 8 miles of head wind, followed by 8 miles of tailwind, that is the way it is at the beach. Not a cloud in the sky, NE breeze, 22 miles easy18+ avg just enjoying the scenery. now it is off to the beach with a chair a book and recovery drinks Just another day in the neighborhood. Jim
